About Me
I’ve always been drawn to the people side of business.
Not just the policies or processes, but what really makes a workplace work. The energy, the culture, the way people feel when they show up each day, and how that directly impacts performance.
My career started with a simple belief. Businesses perform better when their people feel valued, supported, and genuinely connected to what they do. That belief has stayed with me throughout, but my approach has evolved through real, hands-on experience.
Over time, I’ve seen both sides. Environments where people thrive, feel motivated, and deliver exceptional results, and others where poor culture quietly holds everything back. That contrast is what shaped how I work today.
My strength has always been understanding people. Building relationships, reading situations, and creating environments where individuals feel engaged, supported, and clear on what’s expected of them. But alongside that, I’ve always had a strong commercial mindset. I don’t see people and performance as separate. They go hand in hand.
It’s that combination of people insight, engagement focus, and business awareness that led me to create Sculpt People.
I don’t believe people support should sit in the background or be brought in only when something goes wrong. It should be visible, proactive, and aligned to the direction of the business. It should challenge where needed, support where it matters, and ultimately help a business perform better.
